Community-based teaching and learning
ASU enables students to effect positive change in their communities while they apply their knowledge, practice their skills and broaden their perspectives on social issues as they learn from community partners in a real world context. Community-based teaching and learning is frequently positioned as an alternative to more traditional modes of learning.
