Community members have access to many ASU resources

K-12 teachers can take professional development courses or find tools to enhance curriculum, nonprofits can get leadership training, businesses can learn how to use ASU facilities for events or get ASU interns, and families can find summer camps and programs or on-campus activities.

ASU students are engaged in the world around them

Nearly 10,500 ASU students provided almost 400,000 hours of community service during the last academic year. ASU offers over 80 courses that integrate community service with academic content. Other ways students engage with the community include interning with local businesses, participating in community service student organizations, or joining Teach for America.

Come to Changemaker Central to learn about all of ASU’s community and national service, service learning, and entrepreneurship programs. Changemaker Central, located on all four campuses, serves as a key gathering space for ASU’s social innovators.
