Greek notion of ‘logos’ explored at West campus March 25

Barrett, the Honors College at ASU, will host a free public lecture at the West campus on March 25 — “Scandalous Construction: Heartfelt logos from a Pre-originary Point of View.”

The lecture will be presented by visiting scholar Dr. Laine Harrington, who received her Ph.D. from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, Calif.  She is a well-written poet and essayist whose research interests include issues in philosophy of religion, rhetoric and the work of Belgian feminist Luce Irigaray.

The lecture runs from 5 – 6:30 p.m. in the University Center Building (UCB), room 241.  For more information, click here or call 602-543-6118.
